Welcome to Dropin Taxi! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By booking our outstation cab services or using our website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

• Minimum one way Drop 130 km for all the vehicles.
• Minimum Round Trip 250 km per day.
• Driver allowance – Rs.400/- for all vehicles. Rs. 300 for above 400 kms.
• Night charges Additional Rs.200/-
• Hill station charges Rs. 300 for all vehicles
• Extra hour charges Rs.150/-

1. Booking and Usage

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book a ride with Dropin Taxi. By booking, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.
• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email, SMS, or notification from us. Dropin Taxi reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings under certain circumstances.
• Pickup and Drop Locations: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate pickup and drop locations at the time of booking. Any changes to the trip must be communicated to us promptly.

2. Payment Terms

• Fare Calculation: Fares are calculated based on the distance traveled, vehicle type, and applicable taxes. Additional charges (e.g., tolls, parking fees) may apply.
• Payment Options: We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments. All payments must be made at the completion of the ride, unless pre-paid arrangements are made.
• Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled ride will incur no penalty. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the ride or in case of a no-show will result in a cancellation fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

3. Responsibilities of Passengers

• Timeliness: Passengers are required to be ready at the designated pickup location on time. Dropin Taxi is not liable for delays due to the passenger’s lateness.
• Behavior: Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and refrain from any illegal or inappropriate actions during the trip. Any damage caused to the vehicle will result in additional charges.
• Luggage: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings during the ride. Dropin Taxi is not liable for any lost or stolen items left in the cab.

4. Driver’s Responsibilities

• Professionalism: Our drivers are trained to ensure your safety and comfort throughout the journey. They will follow all traffic laws and regulations.
• Right to Refuse: Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, violent, or poses a threat to the safety of others.

5. Liability

• Service Availability: Dropin Taxi strives to provide reliable services. However, we are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, traffic, accidents, or vehicle breakdowns.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Dropin Taxi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

6. Changes to the Service

Dropin Taxi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of our services, pricing, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes in advance.

7. Third-Party Services

We may partner with third-party service providers (e.g., toll operators, payment gateways) to enhance your experience. However, Dropin Taxi is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services.

8. Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes or complaints, we encourage passengers to contact our customer support team. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamilnadu.
